As always, Craftsman has taken care of me once again. They ran tests on my car, were honest in that I didn't have the major concern I thought I did, and recommended services to correct things they saw about my car. I will be back soon!

First of all I would like to thank Jeremy since I came to store he gave me warm welcome، This in itself gives you a good impression of the shop, the staff and the environment. However, I went yesterday to store and I had 3 issues with my car and even though I am speaking English as a second language he was super friendly and I explained enough till I understand 100% and and, also he resolved all my problems without charge me nothing I would sat thank you again Jeremy. Absolutely would be my first guy if I need to get done in my car much respect.

My car and I were very happy! Expert service and complete transparency here, no unexpected expenses or pressing me to spend more. I will be back!

Received fantastic service at the Fairfax Craftsman! Richard explained the procedures needed while viewing the actual parts and answered my many questions about future repairs for my older car. There were no surprises or increased pricing when I picked up my car. Turn around was very quick.

This is the best auto shop I have ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel like a human being rather than a customer. I'd like to thank Richard, Jeremy, and Josh who were absolutely fantastic. They are super friendly and helped me find the best tires for my price range. They were able to next day the tires I needed and change them quickly. Support local businesses and people who deserve your business!

I live some distance away now but still take my car here because they’re worth it.

I walk into this place, close to closing, sad that my rental car had no spare tire, and I had a completely flat Tire :( Richard gives me a warm welcome as he multitasks and helps another customer in front of me. I explain my situation and He goes the extra mile to call the shop next door to see if they have any tires in my rem size for my rental!!!! Turns out they did!! Alex was talking to me and giving great customer service with a smile!!!! Richard made sure to install the tire for me in under 5 mins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!These guys won’t let you down, highly recommend!!!

Awesome! Took my car in for VA State Inspection. They were very quick - got me in and out in less than 30 minutes and this was at the end of the month and they were quite busy. Very clean garage and waiting area. Will definitely take my car here if I need service in the future.
