I’ve just recently had my car service here at craftsman Auto on 4/12/24. I had a pleasure of working with the new service manager Mick. I really like his style of communication as it was transparent and detailed. He made sure to break down and explain all the charges to ensure I got the best prices possible. He was attentive and made sure to provide an excellent client experience for future return. Thank you very much and you continue to be my to go auto shop!

You won’t find better service anywhere else. As soon as I called them and told them I needed my tire checked out they had me come over immediately and got to work. I wasn’t sure about the price so I went next-door to Mr. tire where I was even more sure about the price. Headed back over to craftsman and said if you can beat this price then let’s get started. They were happy to oblige. They paid for a lift to take me home so I didn’t have to wait in the office but if you do wait, they have snacks and coffee. It’s truly an amazing shop. I appreciated all of their help.

Had to stop in while driving through town and got a flat tire warning. Guys took me in at the end of the work day and worked it until they found the problem. Staid over half an hour late to get it done. Excellent staff. Nick, Fabian, and Josh will take care of you.
