This is the first time I visited Craftsman Auto Care, Fairfax yesterday morning for a very minor issue of my Car Tires being low on air due to onset of Winter. I was greeted by Mr. Richard at the entrance who was cheerful and welcoming which was a very good start. Richard was very kind to listen to my needs and immediately accommodated my minor requests with ease and no hesitation, Not the least, Richard filled the car tires to the optimum level for all tires. Richard made our family's day as it was my wife's car and she had experienced the air being low. We as a family want to thank Richard for this great service with a smile from our hearts and appreciate the effort taken by him as part of the Craftsman Auto Care family. Truly, you are as they quote-"First Impression the best Impression". We will spread the word amongst all our friends and family members to visit Craftsman Auto Care and be your customer soon!

I recently moved to Fairfax from another state and was able to get a last minute appointment at the DMV to register my car. I brought my car in the day before the appointment and Richard and the team went above and beyond to help me make sure everything was in order for my appointment the next day. I really appreciated the inspection report with pictures and categorization of the findings on my car. Richard went through the report with me and explained everything, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the day with progress and unexpected changes/findings. Even with all of the additional findings and needed repairs, they were still able to get my car done and back to me the same day.

Richard was very thorough in his diagnostic of my car, even taking pictures to add to a detailed, typed up analysis. The diagnosis exceeded the experience I’ve had at the Honda Dealer. Will definitely be going back for servicing in the future.

The service was absolutely impeccable. Staff were able to get my car back to me in 2 days, dropped it off at my apartment when finished, and called to check in a few days later, to make sure I was happy with the service. I definitely was!
