Craftsman Auto Care - Fairfax
Lately, it's been difficult to find (at least) decent mechanic work. All I needed was an alignment. I didn't want to take it to the last shop that did it (I'll keep the shop anonymous, but it's one of the bigger chains), and every shop I called either said I'd have to wait a week or so, or they didn't answer the phone! That's ridiculous just for an alignment! I remember this Craftman Auto shop being around my neighborhood, so I decided to finally give them a shot. Gave the shop a call - someone answered! And he answered in an enthusiastic mood! I asked him if the alignment rack can accommodate lowered vehicles (it can, by the way), and I'll be provided a print out of the alignment! And I was provided just that. I didn't get the complimentary check-up as the system was claimed "wonky", but that's fine as I recently had general maintenance/checkup done and nothing was out of the ordinary. Maybe next time... Another good (and perhaps lucky) thing was I was able to get my car back within an hour (about 30-40 minutes~)! Just in time to make it back to the home office and continue my work day. Thank you to Jeremy for answering the phone and answering my questions, and to Ron for taking care of me today! I'll definitely look to come back, and, perhaps, provide other vehicular jobs for y'all! Disclaimer: I rarely leave reviews. I only do reviews that left a lasting impression - whether good or bad! :)
