Its rare these days to see a auto repair service center really love what it is they do. In interacting with Richard at this location I only have positive things to say. From the first interaction consisting of calling within minutes of closing time, Richard never rushed me, he made sure to answer all my questions, took the time to get me scheduled to have 4 tires priced match against what I had found on Tirerack. Once we confirmed the options and price I gave him be credit card and we scheduled the work for 2 days following to allow for shipping which was very short. Great customer service continued when I dropped off my car, Richard gave me a ride home so I did not have to wait, and told me when I should expect my service time would be completed. I received a call 10 minutes before I was expecting, to tell me that my car was all set and that a driver would dispatched to pick me up. I had had 4 tires replaced, balanced, and mounted and in need of a 4 wheel alignment. Richard should me where the alignment changes were made and answered all my questions. The store is very clean, the people are friendly, and I would not hesitate to recommend Craftsman Auto care in Fairfax.

Another great experience at Craftsman! Really appreciate the communication between the shop and the customer - they are happy to do whatever works! I knew I would have a hard time getting to the phone and they texted me my vehicle report card and estimate for the work! It truly could not be easier! Service here is consistently excellent. Prices are fair and the text messages with pictures of affected parts make it easy to see what is done and why. They also post to carfax, which will improve vehicle resale. This is an excellent outfit.
