Amazing Team!

I’ve been letting Craftsman AutoCare handle the maintenance of my vehicle for almost a year now. The entire team is professional, kind, informative, and helpful. They take the time to know their customers and share in the experience of taking care of your Car like it’s your own. Being this is my first car, I’ve never encountered such benevolent customer service from any mechanic shop like this one. I’m thankful for the team, the training, and the consistency. Alongside their helpful recommendations, reward programs, and discounts, they also have a wonderful coffee, hot chocolate, and snack station. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for my car needs. Oh! Did I also mention that if they are going to take a long time on your car, they will drop you off wherever you need to get some errands done, and pick you up! Thanks Team! Can’t wait to complete some more work so that I can come back!

Just had my longtime mechanic/repair shop go out of business (retirement), and needed a new shop. I think we found it. Extremely professional in both their work and interactions, but also in the overall appearance of their store and garage. Detailed pics and explanation of vehicle and any issues. Couldn't be happier. I've been able to schedule same day appointments and get my car serviced and back on the road in the same day. They are truly amazing! The care is really unmatched. They provide you with pictures of what is wrong and also list recommendations out by what needs to be taken care of immediately and what can wait.
