Been a longtime customer at Craftsman and just love this place. The store is clean and the staff is very courteous and very knowledgeable. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here because they keep them running great and will stand by their work.

Great service as always. The old saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'. With Craftsman, I actualky think you might actually get a little more than what you pay for. They not the cheapest but their quality is great for what they charge.

Great Service as always! They help me to plan out Service for all my cars. Each time I go in, they provide a detailed report that is provided electronically It includes the results of the inspections as well as recommendations. They even include links to videos explaining what some of the recommendations are and why they are important. I can really trust the folks at Craftsman. This is the only place I will take my cars! Periodically they offer up Groupons for some service and there are some great deals there! I know you are not driving as much, but don't forget to take care of your cars. You don't want to be in a situation where you end up with a huge bill when you can spread it out!

First Time Customer, had a Groupon. Easy Scheduling, Welcoming Staff. Took very good care of disinfecting the Car before and after the Service. No pushy salesman / talk. Got all the items done that was on the Groupon. Best Part was Awesome Lounge. I was waiting, so felt comfortable seating in the lounge. Coffee was a Bonus.

Great, honest service.

I came in this morning for a safety inspection, and I was intending to go home and wait for hours. Instead, they told me they’d turn around my vehicle in less than an hour!! Meanwhile, I had the most pleasant and entertaining experience hanging out with Richard and Doyle! They offered me fresh brewed coffee, and fun conversation. Bonus, they’re DC comics fans (but not really... they prefer marvel... what???). Highly recommend craftsman for their quality of work, and their coffee.... and a fun hangout. Maybe next time I’ll play Settles of Catan with them while we wait. TBD for updated review if that happens!
