Craftsman Auto Care - Merrifield
This is the second year I've taken my BMW to Craftsman Auto Care (Merrifield). A lot has changed in 2020 to say the least, but the same level of trust, quality of service, and clean environment can be found at Craftsman! Craftsman Auto in 2019 (when I first went) was sending customers videos and summaries of the work being done on the vehicle (pre-COVID), so you get to be that much closer to the action and see what needs potential attention without having to be in the shop floor and avoiding unnecessary contact. I've never felt pressured on up-selling of services. There are recommendations that are made, but based on your own comfort level, knowledge of your vehicle, your financial situation is how you should make your decision. Craftsman advises in this regard, but does not pressure. This actually makes me want to get more done with Craftsman. Thanks for a positive experience, and making the shop clean / safe amidst widespread health concerns across the country.
