Remember what service used to mean? At Craftsman Fairfax it still does. The local car wash told my wife there was a nail in one of her Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires that Craftsman had previously mounted on her Porsche. She dropped in without an appointment and they took the car straight away, got it on a lift and used soap to assess the entire tire. No nail was found and no leaks either. They didn’t charge her anything for this courtesy service that really gave us peace of mind and satisfied customer status even more than we were before. Thank you Craftsman Fairfax!

Craftsman AutoCare on Lee Highway is a friendly and professional place to get quality work done on your vehicle. Their customer service is remarkable and it was an enjoyable experience. I waited in the sitting area as my car was being worked on and I was offered coffee, snacks, and was even elegantly serenaded by the staff. I hadn’t previously done business here as I am new to the area, but having experienced this place now it would be difficult to go anywhere else! After my oil change the staff was very informative about the outstanding issues with my car, as well as honest and diligent about what could and couldn’t wait to be fixed. Each member of the staff is equally entertaining and unique and there was not a dull moment as I waited for my car to be finished. Absolutely outstanding customer service and work, I will absolutely be coming back!!

Realized I had a headlight out and dropped in at Craftsman Auto without an appointment. They replaced the bulb right away and had me back on the road in minutes.

Craftsman made our VA inspection process so easy. I scheduled online for a morning appointment with a noon pick up time, dropped my car off the night before using the night key drop off, and received an email and text the next morning at 9AM that it was done and a link to the summary inspection report. It was easy and fast.
