Incredibly helpful in emergency! Two days after Christmas I ran over some debris on the Beltway going 60 MPH. This was the closest auto mechanic shop I could find and I was desperate - I was leaking fluid and something smelled like it was burning. My car was not drivable (cracked radiator and transmission plate). They ordered the replacement parts right away and got everything fixed ahead of time and for less than the quoted estimate. Wayne was very kind and helpful, which I greatly appreciated while having a pretty lousy day.

Have used this family run shop since the 70’s and always received professional and competent vehicle servicing and repairs. Staff are knowledgeable and patiently explain problems and solutions. Service is performed in a timely and budget conscious manner. We take frequent long road trips and thanks to this shop, our vehicles are kept safe and reliable.

The team at the Fairfax auto care did a phenomal job and thoroughly explained the results of the outcome of the diagnostic tests peformed on my vehicle. The testing took some time (about an hour) but they informed me of that in advance. The diagnostic test results are immediately texted and are easy to comprehend. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
