Took car #2 here recently and had a great experience. The car is older and has a few more issues but their team was helpful in giving it a full inspection, letting me know what repairs were priority, and even letting me take the car home to think it over with no charge for the inspection and no pressure to commit to repairs. Their customer service is top notch and I trust their advice.

How often do people take their time to post something positive vs. negative? Well I have nothing but the best to say about this gem I found in Fairfax. I own a Tesla and not only they speak Tesla but they provide top notch service: Lyft services, paper and online receipts with videos how things were repaired and more. They have a comfy waiting area, clean restrooms, snacks and a keurig machine if you wish to wait. Also the mechanics are extremely friendly. I am thinking it twice before going to a Tesla center moving forward.

I asked for a second opinion regarding recommended fixes by an authorized dealer/service center because the report seemed doubtful and the fees exorbitant. Craftsman did not disappoint. They always come back with a professional, honest recommendation. They don't recommend work that is unnecessary.

Just had a great experience at the craftsman in Ashburn - They were able to accommodate me with a loaner car as soon as my parts came in so that I didn’t have to drive around with an inspection rejection sticker anymore! Their new manager Drew was really flexible and Nice about the whole thing despite my very stressed out state of mind rushing to get kids to school on time in the morning and pick up the loaner. Thank you guys for your great work!

This is the best car servicing experience I have had. JK helped go through everything I needed to eventually service and there was no push or pressure to take care of everything at that visit. You get a report card of all the issues with your car with picture and videos. Will come back and tell all my friends

Went in for because my tire was having a slow leak. The CAC-Ashburn staff located the issue and plugged my tire within minutes -- no appointment! And at a very good price!

Highly recommend!! I have taken multiple cars here for years. I am always satisfied.
