Craftsman Auto Care - Chantilly
My rating is 5 stars, but its not based on my experience....because I used to work for Matt & Judy, and that makes me biased. Rather, my review is based on the experiences I saw in the other customers I saw while I was there, the service they received, the attentiveness to their needs, attention to detail, and genuine concern. The folks working in the showroom while I was there did not know me, and I watched as they took the time to show a dirty cabin air filter to a lady, explaining what it was and why it was important. Her comment? My kids ride in this van every day, I don't want a dirty cabin air filter in there! Change it. I watched later as the same lady realized she'd lost her phone, apparently left behind as they ate lunch. She was going into a mild panic, but the guy behind the counter stepped up to the plate, handed her his own personal phone, and let her track it down. Problem solved. I watched technicians drive a vehicle to the front door so the elderly couple waiting for it wouldn't have search the parking lot to find their vehicle, and wouldn't have to walk as far to get in. It might seems trivial, but those moments of genuine consideration are where true customer service begins and ends. Sure, the show room is nice, the TV was entertaining, there was a water bowl for pets. All the right things were well planned and were in all the right places, but without genuine customer service? It's all just wall dressing. These folks get it, they will take excellent care of you, they are accountable, they are the best in business, and I will gladly continue to make the drive from Shepherdstown, WV. Thank you for reminding me how it's done.
