Quick and excellent service, 5 start customer service

Just there for inspection. But staff very courteous and wait time not long. Environment clean and orderly.

Service is excellent. I didn't have an appointment and they were closing soon yet they quickly repaired my car's flat tire free of charge. I have also gotten my car's state inspection done here, left my car with them and within hours I got the email with complete report. Definitely recommend!

Craftsman Auto has always earned my trust as they focused on the customers. Although services may be more expensive compared to other places, they are worthwhile with the exceptional customer service. You can always rest assured that they will take good care of you and the car.

I noticed a nail in my car's driver side tyre on a whim and looked for an auto shop nearby. This location popped up and I drove up without an appointment as I was worried that the tyre might be compromised. They were able to accommodate me right away, and took the car in for an inspection. After a short wait, I was told that the nail had not caused significant damage and the tyre was also inspected and no additional repair was necessary. I was not charged for this and was told to come back if there were any other issues. I have to say - having an auto shop that is so honest and able to help someone in a bind is always very welcome. These guys just earned a new loyal customer that is going to spread the word!

*Updated review* I brought my 2009 Subaru in for a check engine light and spent a very large sum trying to get it fixed. After an unsatisfactory experience and a car that still didn't run, I wrote a one-star review summarizing the issues and how hard the cost hit us. Soon after Richard from Craftsman reached out. He apologized for what happened and offered to put in a new engine for free. I absolutely wish we'd still had the vehicle, but we'd had to sell it---so he reimbursed me for the money I'd spent with Craftsman instead. Honestly I have to say, I've never really encountered a company willing to make good like that after the fact. It's quite exceptional. I appreciate it deeply, and I would recommend CAC for the customer service and understanding they showed us.
