This was my first time with Craftsman Auto care. They have a very easy process. I dropped my car off for an oil change and a state inspection. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. My car was done before the day was over and everything was perfect and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be servicing my car here in the future.

Quality work and excellent customer service. It comes with some cost but its worth it for your car and safety. It was my first visit and will come back again for my auto service needs.

Excellent communication. Everything was handled promptly and professionally, I was given a variety of options, and no one tried to talk me into doing anything that wasn't necessary. They were very mindful of my budget. The staff was patient, kind, and courteous. I will definitely give them my continued business. As a single woman, it means a lot to have a mechanic that I can rely on and trust.

As I pulled out of my garage this morning, I was surprised to hear a loud noise. It turned out my skid plate had been ripped loose by a massive puddle in the flash flooding that happened last night on my way home from work. I’m new to the area, and I didn’t have a trustworthy place to take my car yet, and I thought that my day and my plans for a hike or sidelined. I was pretty bummed. I found out that craftsman auto care was just less than a mile from my place so I thought I would at least try. 13 minutes after I arrived - they had repaired it - WITH NO CHARGE! Excellent friendly fast service. I’ll be back.
