Craftsman Auto Care has been a very reliable place to service my family’s vehicles since I moved to the area. They are very efficient in diagnosing issues and providing options whenever I am bringing a car in for a non-routine visit. In my business with them, their staff has always been honest, upfront and a pleasure to work with.

The guys provided great service without trying to upsell me. When I have taken my car to the dealer for regular maintenance in the past they always call me with all the other things that I “need to have done” and try to charge me thousands of dollars. Craftsman is great because they took care of everything I needed, and when I picked up the car they provided a report on other items I can consider for the future. I really appreciate their professionalism and the care they took in talking to me about any car.

I googled the beat place to take a Volkswagen. My car was having the EPC light come on and off. And one other light. Finally the check engine light came on. I took it to Virginia tire and auto. They seemed like they didn’t really know the issue. I paid for a diagnostic fee there. So this place came up besides the dealer to take my car. I was almost going to give up. The man who works there …. Name is drew. He said they do know a lot about Volkswagen cars . When they looked at it he told me exactly what they were going to do. Told me it was worth fixing. And so far it’s been just great . I’m actually going to go there for everything now…. Inspection… oil changes …. I really appreciated how drew explained what they were doing. I’m glad that google had them as a suggestion besides the dealership. Also he told me it is is under warranty for three years . I really did appreciate the customer service. Thank you.

I want to express my gratitude and full satisfaction for the service I received at this Fairfax location of Craftsman. My SUV was packed and my wife and I were headed for a road trip when we realized we had a slow leak in one tire. Drew, the manager detected the problem and had the tire fixed as soon as they could and had us on the road. We lost a little time but we left feeling our vehicle was safe the trip. We live very close to this service station and feels good we can depend on them.
