I have been to many auto shops throughout my life, but Craftsman Auto Care has to be the best experience I have had at a auto shop. Jeremy greeted me and put my concerns about my truck at ease. He took my car in immediately and had the tech examine my brakes. Jeremy took me to my truck and showed me how my brakes were shot and needed to be replaced. He gave me an accurate estimate and started work that afternoon. Here is the part that impressed me: the brakes were still making a strange sound and they would have to keep the car overnight. They let me use a "loaner" car for the day. I was so worried how my wife and I would get to work without our second vehicle. I got the car next day and it brakes work great. Thanks to Jeremy and Mike for making this a pleasant experience and the great job.

Service was excellent, and conducted on time.

I took my car (an old, trusted friend :) ) to Craftsman for an oil change and an estimate. I was really looking for a new business to service my car. I like my car and just want to keep it on the road. The oil change was done way before I said I would pick it up, the once-over inspection they performed was thorough and informative, and the estimate they provided was fair and went beyond what I had asked for in important ways. I have found my new car care shop! Very happy with their service and friendly attitude.

Just as promised in Nextdoor Greenbriar, the staff was friendly and kept me up to date on what was going on. I plan to take my car back for the yearly inspection.

I don't post reviews on companies that give satisfactory service. I believe that it's the job they get paid for and I pay then and they get a thank you. But I DO post when a company has gone above and beyond their job requirements. I had bought a car and it broke down (wouldn't start) and I was referred to Craftsman Auto Care by my ex-husband actually. When I took the car to Craftsman, I had no idea how much major damage the car had. Matt, one of the lead mechanics, spoke to me initially and after inspecting the car, they found out that the car had major engine trouble and the engine was shot. After wrangling with the dealer to pay for the repairs, it was a go to fix. Not only did Mike, one of the other lead mechanics give me a complete breakdown of what was going on and why, but he kept me in the loop . They ordered the engine and found other issues along the way but made sure the additional parts were cost efficient by searching for the best deals. I just drove and got my car back today, and it drives like a dream! I cannot thank Matt, Mike, Jeremy, and Brandon enough for there expertise by not only installing an engine CORRECTLY, but by adding the human touch of making sure that the cost was kept down for me, and fixing it as expeditiously as possible to get me out of the car rental I was in. If you are looking for real mechanics who know what the heck they're doing, where the prices are reasonable specifically in this area, save yourself the time and just go to Craftsman Auto Care!!!!!!!!!!!

They explained everything, helped guide me through the options, and performed the work on time. Who could ask for more from an auto repair shop? Oh yeah, the clean and comfortable waiting room was a bonus.
