I LOVE taking my car here! They always do a wonderful job and are very fast and informative. I dropped my car off for an oil change and brake flush around 8am and it was done by 10:30am. The prices are great too! I never feel like they are trying to get me to buy services that my car doesn't need. Seriously, check this place out! You will love them!!

Craftsman Auto in Fairfax has been a great find. I was going to a terrible auto place in Centreville that had been an expensive nightmare and now Craftsman Auto in Fairfax has been dream. I am very pleased with the service and customer service as well. Dole (not sure if I am spelling his name correctly) has been a great person to work with during my visits. I am pleased that he listened to my concerns and made my day. A very trustworthy place. They definitely care and are very thorough.
