Excellent and proffesional customer service !

Unfortunately, we got 2nails in my tire yesterday when we drove to Leesburg. Luckily I bought the tires from Craftsman. Anna helped me fix it free and quickly. I am so glad about it which makes my new year better.

As always my experience at the shop was very warm and comfortable. The service overall is very good.

That was a positive experience with inspection. I was given some suggestions about things need to be improved. Unfortunately I was pointed by a police officer about my head lights not adjusted properly and high beam light does not work. Do you have equipment? How did you inspect? PERFORM INSPECTION PROPERLY INSTEAD STUPID SUGGESTIONS!!!!

This place is the best! I’ve never been to a mechanic before where they don’t try to swindle or sell you extras. Every employee was so polite and helpful, and while I was in the waiting area I never overhead any employee try to over sell any customer. This was truly awesome to see.
