Great review as always. Had to pop in for a puncture in my tire. Simple enough but I appreciate the full inspection with pictures and Matt is always a pleasure to deal with. This is my go to garage shop for everything now.

they are very honest and not pushy at all. they are very professional not your average gas station mechanics. their skills are same or higher than dealer but not as expensive. I highly recommend them their digital report is awesome, you get to see what you may have issues with and what you should get fixed.

The most recent service was only to polish the headlight bezels and perform an emissions inspection, and both were done quickly and to my satisfaction. I have had enough work done with Craftsman in Fairfax to trust them with my car; I believe they will do the work correctly and they will stand behind it.
