Professionals with people-friendly personalities. My 2012 Avalanche rides like a new vehicle again with new brakes and new shocks/struts identified as problem areas during the Craftsman complete and professional inspection. Everything completed as promised.

My experience with Matt and the whole team at Craftsman on a couple of occasion, and sure to be many more, has been nothing short of exemplary! Not only will I share with my friends and family I will let anybody I see or hear needs a good shop know where they can find one!

I had an appointment for the oil change at 1:00 pm the gentleman told me it will be done within 1 hour I took UBER to school came back at 3:15 and saw they just took my car to the service and I had to wait another hour so they can finish it, please respect the customer time and don’t lie. Awful customer service
