The staff here is great! They're very knowledgeable and will educate you on your car's needs without being condescending or pushy. Oil change / tire rotation took about 2 hrs (which I don't mind at all, they squeezed me in for an appt the night before on an already busy schedule), waiting area is clean and comfy. Would definitely return!

I love both Craftsman locations! The mechanics are fantastic and don’t mind explaining your car to you. They give an excellent full report of your car’s health so that you can make informed decisions regarding your repair.

Unfortunately, we got 2nails in my tire yesterday when we drove to Leesburg. Luckily I bought the tires from Craftsman. Anna helped me fix it free and quickly. I am so glad about it which makes my new year better.

As always my experience at the shop was very warm and comfortable. The service overall is very good.
