Absolute Five -Star service! Had a front end crushed last year and couldn’t pass the emissions test to renew the license plates. The crash took out the AC too. These guys fixed both at a very reasonable price. Exceptional workmanship with an amazing staff. Best car repair work in the DC area!

Had a nail in one my tires turns out it didn't punture all the way through. They remove it for free and no further action was needed. Will be returning for future work.

The work on my car went quicker than I anticipated. The procedure you now have of going over the car thoroughly when it comes in and photo-documenting areas of concern is cool. It alerted me to a couple things I'd forgotten about (dirty brake fluid and the fact that my plugs and wires were 10 years old). My car is now running great. Winter: bring it on!

Craftsman Auto Care recommended that I have my lower control arm brushings replaced (which I didn't even know I had), so I took it back to them last week to have the work done. It was done quickly, several members of their team called to update me on the progress of the work, and the overall cost was less than I expected. I can totally tell the difference in how my car runs since the brushings were replaced. I would recommend Craftsman Auto Care - I have found them to be honest; they do good work and it's done quickly.

I first came to Fairfax Tire and Auto with a tire that was going flat just as I was leaving town for the weekend. I was on my way within about an hour and I didn't have an appointment. They were kind, courteous, extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Larry and his staff really care about their customers. They inspire confidence and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Plus their prices are great! I would and I do highly recommend them to everyone I know.
