I had a great experience at Craftsman Auto over the weekend. My car's balance/alignment was done perfectly. The guys at the shop were wonderful people and treated me with respect. The shop was kept nice and clean. I will defiantly recommend these guys to all my friends and they will be the only shop I go to from now on. Thanks again fellas! A special thanks to Larry up front.

I had a great experience. Groupon was worth it. They even shuttled me to costco and back when the work was done. They provided feedback via an web app that showed what was checked and pictures of the areas they checked. Very cool. I would go back again. They had a decent waiting area with the , coffee and snacks.

I usually go to the dealership for service even though I know I'll be paying much more. Recently the dealer quoted me an outrageous price that 1) seemed high, and 2) didn't seem necessarily accurate. I had my car inspected twice at Mclean Auto so decided to drop-in and see what they had to say. Not only was the issue 10x more minor than what I was told by the dealership (both in price and severity), but I had my car back a few hours after I dropped it off. I don't know the history of Mclean Auto, but it seems like a Mom & Pop shop who's been around for a while and not out to take you.

I had seen good reviews on Nextdoor and decided to give them a try. They were busy when I stopped but made an appointment for 2 hrs later for oil change. I was taken immediately upon my return and the service was warm, friendly and done in a very timely manner. All personnel were very polite and helpful. Pleasant waiting area and I will be returning.

These people are the best! PERIOD! They went beyond the call of duty to make sure my Lexus pass emissions. I learned a lot about my own car while it was being serviced. The entire staff were excellent to work with and I would highly recommend anyone in the area to entrust their car to Craftsman Auto. I will only be taking my cars here from now on! Satisfied customer.
