I have lived in the area for 5 years now, and have always had trouble (as a young female) finding a shop that I could trust with my vehicle. I have often scheduled my car maintenance around trips home to my parents house (~5 hrs away) just to avoid being nickled and dimed in the DC area. Craftsman was great, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and that is exactly what I got. The guy working on the car told me that the cabin/air filters were dirty, I said thank you and that I would change them myself. He had no arguments. Not to mention they got my car in/out in enough time for me to not be late to work. Highly recommend and will be coming back for any service needs!

Mike did a great job balancing the wheels on my 1980 Porsche 911 Targa. Car has always had a vibration. He worked on it 3 or 4 hours and went on 2 test drives. Came out perfect. Matt Curry, the owner, runs a great shop and was involved all along with the diagnosis. Definitely my new best repair shop for all my cars. Highly recommend them.

Had a nail in one my tires turns out it didn't punture all the way through. They remove it for free and no further action was needed. Will be returning for future work.

I have been coming here for the past decade, I understand names, management and ownership had changed. I have always been comfortable with their assessments, old and current owners. However, with the new name, management, and new owner, they have taken it to the next level. I enjoy bringing my vehicles and the experience of being treated like a customer.

Very Friendly staff. I dropped off my vehicle using night drop. I got a phone call before lunch the next day letting me know what needed to be done. Unfortunately i needed a new engine. they took the time to find a replacement for me. I decided just to get a new car but They were a pleasure to deal with and let me keep the vehicle at their location until i could donate the car to a veterans charity. I'll return if my new Nissan needs work
