I trust that five stars is the best of the line. Courteous, helpful, informed, able to get to the basics , that is how much ( i did not expect it down to the penny and I allowed for the unexpected (and received it). I would recommend my best friend to your shop. I will be back, but I hope not soon.

Andrew and the guys at Craftsman performed excellent work on my 1995 BMW E34. The fixed my leak from my oil pan in a timely manner and now I don’t have a puddle of oil on my garage floor. Plus, they provided a competitive price on all the work.

Richard was excellent and took the time to explain what needed to be done on my Mercedes. This establishment was recommended to me by a friend. I felt they were honest and trusted the evaluation given to me on my vehicle. Based on Richards recommendations, I elected to have the repairs. Prices were lower than what the Mercedes dealer quoted. I would highly recommend them and will return for future repairs.

The Craftsman Auto Care in Mclean replaced our reliable favorite neighborhood mechanic - Mclean Automotive. I'm happy to report that the new shop is responsive, friendly and professional. I was just in for a state inspection, but they took the time to give the car a good look-over and an estimate on the next regularly schedule service. Very pleased.
