The staff are the most customer service oriented people I have encountered, almost ever. You are greeted by name, they tell you what you told them about your repair, they tell you they are going to check it out themselves, they give you a professional assessment, they give options if there are options, they don’t try to up-sell you and the repair is what I expected. The shop is as clean as I have seen, the waiting room is comfortable, and the mechanics know their stuff

Very professional & friendly employees. All requested work, plus recommended work done within original estimated timeframe. Their lounge was spotless & they have very comfortable chairs while you wait for your car. It was reassuring to see many folks returning, which indicates that they do excellent work. I would highly recommend them.
