This was my first visit to Craftsman Auto Care in Fairfax. I found the front office staff to be very friendly and personable, as well as professional. They conducted the emissions inspection for one of our church vans. I'm sure we will use them again.

Their customer service was great and their services were reasonably priced. They kept me updated throughout the process of fixing my car. They even had text updates and I was able to see an online inspection of my car and what was wrong with it, what wasn't wrong with it before payment. I highly recommend.

Great place to bring in your car for inspection, maintainance or repair. I like the way how they give detailed info on how is the car doing, with red, yellow and green indicators and very detailed notes on why is it yellow or red. I like how they have short video on part of the car and why do you need to have it maintained, even a kid can understand how it works. I love it. I would like to bring in my car for any issue and just drop it with them and chill, am confident that they will get it ready to roll.

Matt and Tre (and team) diagnosed issues in both of our cars that needed repair. Instead of trying to convince us that getting the car repaired through them was the best course of action, they took their time to walk us through all the options and in one case even recommended selling the car instead of putting any more money into. That kind of honesty is what we've had a hard time finding, and why they will get our continued business.
