Doyle and the crew were welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable with all of the work done on my car. All of the guys I met had an appreciation for cars which was reassuring because it made the experience more than just paying for services. Their care and attention to detail was appreciated and put my mind at ease. My experience with Craftsman was probably the best I've ever had with an auto service shop and I'll definitely return in the future. The waiting room was inviting and the facility itself was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this shop.

My rating is 5 stars, but its not based on my experience....because I used to work for Matt & Judy, and that makes me biased. Rather, my review is based on the experiences I saw in the other customers I saw while I was there, the service they received, the attentiveness to their needs, attention to detail, and genuine concern. The folks working in the showroom while I was there did not know me, and I watched as they took the time to show a dirty cabin air filter to a lady, explaining what it was and why it was important. Her comment? My kids ride in this van every day, I don't want a dirty cabin air filter in there! Change it. I watched later as the same lady realized she'd lost her phone, apparently left behind as they ate lunch. She was going into a mild panic, but the guy behind the counter stepped up to the plate, handed her his own personal phone, and let her track it down. Problem solved. I watched technicians drive a vehicle to the front door so the elderly couple waiting for it wouldn't have search the parking lot to find their vehicle, and wouldn't have to walk as far to get in. It might seems trivial, but those moments of genuine consideration are where true customer service begins and ends. Sure, the show room is nice, the TV was entertaining, there was a water bowl for pets. All the right things were well planned and were in all the right places, but without genuine customer service? It's all just wall dressing. These folks get it, they will take excellent care of you, they are accountable, they are the best in business, and I will gladly continue to make the drive from Shepherdstown, WV. Thank you for reminding me how it's done.

Craftsman Auto Care is a traditional neighborhood garage with modern technology. They let you know what you COULD repair, as well as what you really NEED to repair to keep your car safe. Plus now they send photographs of the recommended repairs as well as detailed information. I feel like we're getting an honest service without the "selling up" that is done at garages at car dealerships.

I've been bringing my cars to this Craftsman location (and its predecessor Kingstowne Auto Care) for over twenty years. The folks that work here have always been honest with me in their recommendations and I've never had a problem with the work performed. Prices seem right in line with the market in this area. And they are all pleasant to work with...nothing bad to say!

Very convenient location. easy parking, clean customer and shop area. Very good customer service. Drop off Friday evening for Brake repairs and my car was ready Saturday afternoon. Received a full evaluation of other components beyond my brakes and feel good that a mechanic checked out other areas of possible concern. Will go back.
