Great service! I found Craftman Auto Care on Groupon looking for a place to get my oil changed as well as a diagnosis on a squeaky sound coming from my car’s engine. I ended up having to replace my power steering pump, which they did the same day. They offered to drive me across the street to the nearby shopping center while they worked on my car. They sent me updates and pictures from the diagnosis they had done which I thought was unique. Overall I had a great experience with kind and helpful people. Thank you Mike & Raynaldo especially for making my first experience there great! I will definitely return!

Larry and his team at Mike Curry's Craftsman Auto Care Fairfax shop are outstanding! They are thorough, honest, and skilled. I like the way they take the time to explain any issues/concerns discovered in their complete vehicle assessment (and sent to you on-line). They offer a straightforward recommendation as to what must be done, what should be done, and what could be done later. They are definitely the best in the area!!

Great place.Great staff. Got lucky and didn't wait much.Got done pretty quick.Have a nice sitting area.Been looking for good place for my cars as VA Tire and Auto SUCK and will never give them business.Those folks are also masters on VW group cars so if you have Audi,VW, Porsche - that is the place.Very happy with the service.Gladly will drive from Ashburn to Fairfax to get what I need.If you like lazy morons and some random kids and folks to study on your cars and no customer service....Strongly recommend VA Tire and Auto.

I heard about these guys via Groupon, the moment I walked in I felt the difference from my previous car mechanic, Larry and Sean to be exact welcomed me and made a fresh pot of coffee offered snacks and breakfast bar(it was 8am so much needed) since I skipped breakfast. There was no wait time even tho they had clients waiting for their cars to be finished, they grabbed my keys and got started. They offer so much more for just the price of an oil change. It is definitely an eye opener that there is a car shop out there that treats their clients like family, and to be honest they were nicer to me that some of my family members, Haha. I will definitely be back and recommend this place for all your car and tire needs. Mo Abboud.

I called Craftsman this morning for a quick tire rotation and Larry was very professional and informed me that they don’t believe in charging for a simple tire rotation. He and his staff were very polite & they completed the work in a timely manner. They checked the air pressure and ensured everything was good to go. As a token of their generosity, I bought them a dozen donuts. Thanks you Craftsman! You’ve gained a new long term customer.

This auto shop is great. My second time and they delivered with great satisfaction. A bit high in price but you get what you pay for. Honesty is the best policy.

I was pleased to find a qualified resource in Fairfax for work on our 2014 Porsche 911. The process was streamlined and professional and the service follow through was excellent.
