Great and timely service for my car

Friendly and courteous service. Not robotic like what is sometimes experienced with service shops. At the same time, thorough and professional. Pleased with how they are perceivably running this business and would return (only been once).

I recently moved to the area and needed brake replacements for both the front and the rear of my vehicle. The technicians provided an impressive initial inspection including pictures which I've never seen done. The job was completed same day, and the team went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the completed work. A little pricey, but that is to be expected for an auto repair shop with high quality results. All-in-all, a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone needing car repairs, inspections, or even a routine oil change.

They were awesome!! My car had been sitting on base in DC for over a year. Every place I called couldn't squeeze me in and I was only in town, from New York, for the weekend. Luckily, I was visiting a bud in Fairfax and they were able to see me on such short notice. They fixed all major issues and made sure I had a list of things that should be addressed whenever I had availability. Great personnel. Easy to talk to and just super respectful. I never once felt like I was being cheated and they kept in contact with me throughout the entire process to tell me what needs to be done, get permission on maintenance to perform, and when my car was ready. Time not wasted...so hard to come by these days.

Always great service. I have an older vehicle that is beginning to show its age, mechanically. The staff at Craftsman-Fairfax "know my vehicle", take the time to explain what needs to be done, and complete the work in a timely and professional manner. Everyone was very friendly and helpful as I came in without an appointment and close to closing time. They were able to inspect my vehicle and get me on my way in record time.
