I was having a problem with my light. I visited a craftsman 3 months before. They replaced the headlight but the problem reappeared. The mechanic who helped me fixed the problem (I believe it was a problem with the pins?) at no cost! The replacement was already affordable but I didn't pay anything, not even for looking! Thank you so much!

Great Shop all around! Ive came here for multiple occasions and they have exceeded expectations each time. From small jobs like an oil change or change of brakes, to big like replacing the engine on my Jeep Wrangler, they have shown professionalism, friendliness, consideration of your time and honesty. I could write an entire essay on my experience with them, but all in all this a shop that won’t BS you and will work with you in order to give your car back to you far better than how it came in. They even give it a nice little cleaning with a piece of candy inside haha Will forever recommend this shop.

Tom and the team at Craftsman are the best. My truck had a near catastrophic engine failure and they got me a diagnosis of the problem as soon as possible and helped go to bat with an unhelpful warranty company. They gave me a detailed breakdown of the fix, costs, and additional recommendations/quotes for potential service which was incredibly helpful. Best customer service team around!
