Craftsman worked with me to diagnose the issue and find the appropriate part which was ordered and timed to align with my schedule for when I could have maintenance completed. They are phenomenal in that regard. So flexible and very trustworthy. Again it is a pleasure to have options like this for maintenance of vehicles without having to go to a dealer and get gouged.

Craftsman is on point all the way- from diagnosis, recommendations, repair, and pricing - all top-notch. Will be using Craftsman Auto Care instead of the Lexus dealership going forward.

Craftsman Auto continues to take excellent care of my 13 Porsche CabS... this time we got some new shoes (tires) that are sticky and smooth all in one. Excellent communication throughout the process.

This is a big step up from your normal, local mechanic. Friendly people, nice waiting area, and mechanics who seem unusually thorough and competent. This is definitely better than the fake personal experience offered at dealerships. These are real people doing good work, and the service has been terrific.
