I came in for an oil change. Everything went smoothly and timely. The gentleman at the front desk who helped me was great.

Andrew was my angel today! I came in hott on my way to work. I was already late but in desperate need of a new tire. Andrew told me that although they didn't have my tire in stock, I could purchase one from another tire distributor. That's exactly what I did! I am now omw to work in a much better way than I would've been if I hadn't talked to Andrew...THANK YOU SO MUCH! YOURE THE BEST!!

4 other shops were 2-4 weeks out for appointments. Craftsman took me in the next day and completed the repair. New radiator, transmission service/ filter change, rear differential service, oil change. They even did a full inspection and emailed me my full report with pictures. Very professional, clean shop.

Professional, friendly staff. Been taking my car here for over a year now and have always been satisfied. Even for something as simple as an oil change, the mechanics do a full assessment on your car (tires, battery, belts, etc) and let you know if something needs to be addressed immediately or can wait. And this is backed up by photographs which are sent to you via text and email. I never feel pressured or that I'm being taking advantage of. I trust them immensely.

Craftsman is my new go-to for car maintenance/repair. I will be bringing all three of my cars there. Their verbal and written communication of estimates and work statements is the key to their success. This alone shows their integrity and quality of service and is where most other service firms fall short.

This is what an auto care/repair shop should be: clean, comfortable and friendly. Mike was great, he explained the problem and my options in words I understood, with no pressure. I will be back, thanks Mike. Dave J
