This was my first time at a Craftsman Auto Care . I went to the Fairfax ,Va. location on Lee Hwy and I was extremely pleased. They kindly greeted me at the door and checking in was done with ease.I like that they offer shuttle service within a 5 mile radius for those that need it .The shop looked clean and organized. Coffee was good. They didn't try and fix things that didn't need fixing.They earned my trust and I will be back!!

Like many others, I am so happy with the service received at Craftsman Auto Care - Fairfax. The staff is dependable, honest, and professional, and the virtual car inspection helps me understand why something needs to be done. Some may think their pricing is a little high, but I don't mind since I am receiving reliable repairs, and have not ever felt pressured to purchase something I don't feel I need. Great service as always. During this Covid19 outbreak, I had no problem bringing my truck to Curry’s Craftsman as I didn’t need to go in the office to drop off or pick up. The guys were wearing masks and gloves, and the sterilized my truck before and after they performed their work. Top notch service from a top notch company.
