Craftsman Auto Care is very reliable shop. From scheduling appointment via text (very convenient) to out the door, the process was flawless. I took my vehicle for an inspection and they provided the electronic report with pics and walked me through all the details that I needed to know. I really like the transparency that they share with customers. I had an oil change done here before for my Lexus and the price is reasonable. There is a complimentary snack bar with Keurig coffee, too.

Great service. I really like the written, full diagnostics results they give you. They take pictures and send them to you of the issues they find plus all the things they say are fine. Very rare to hear that my car is fine!! Great service.

The staff was great. Walked in without an appointment and they were able to get my jeep in and looked at. Came in for a transmission issue that was under warranty but they also recommend I take care of a few other issues. The jeep has 200k+ miles on it and the issues were better dealt with now than later. They dealt directly with the warranty company and gave me a loaner while my jeep was in their shop. The warranty company wouldn't let them work on the transmission and I had to take it back to the shop that last did the transmission work but staff at Craftsmans were great. Will be coming back here to get work done on my front brakes. 5 stars

My oil change took about an hour/pretty straightforward since my appt was at 7am. The front desk had on mask/gloves, sprayed the inside of my car with disinfectant prior to the oil change. Being a petite female, I dread going to car places but everyone I've encountered at the Fairfax location was professional, friendly, and courteous. I will definitely be back for my car alignment/maintenance services.
