Absolutely the best auto repair shop in NOVA! They always go over your entire vehicle with photos and explanation and tell you what can be done later and what really needs to be taken care of. Very professional!

Been coming to Craftsman Chantilly for several years now for a FULL range of services — from oil changes to brake work, from alternators to installing a new transmission. Recently they helped me out with a license plate frame replacement — where a simple but inaccessible stripped-out interior nut required some service beyond my ability.
