Fairfax craftsman staff were great very polite and helpful.. When they were busy they told me to call back and try to fit me in later on.. They not only got me in to fix the car gave me a discount.. I’ll definitely be coming back..

My issue was a potential "dead" battery. The service tech was understanding of the problem and my desire for a quick test to determine the issue. H made it happen, getting it tested with only a short wait. The reading confirmed what I thought, and needed to locate a replacement which took a few hours to secure. I picked it up later in the day and was able to install it same day - care is back in operation so all is good! Also noted that I've been using this shop for over 3 years now for a number of vehicles and feel the entire team is professional and dedicated to top-notch service at reasonable pricing.

Everyone was helpful, friendly, timely and I will keep going back. I went in late in the day for an Emissions Inspection and they very nicely said they could help me out even after I offered to come back the next day if I was too late. Highly recommend.
