Fixed my headlights in a jiffy!

Excellent customer service and work. I originally took my vehicle to the dealership to address an oil leak. They wanted $1200+ for the service repair. Craftsman did the same repair for $460. We had some additional maintenance that was due also taken care of while the vehicle was up on the lift. The team at Craftsman was up front, honest, and did the work quickly with a 3 - year warranty. They've earned a new loyal customer, where my dealership lost one.

Craftsman Auto Alexandria is really wonderful. It's the only place we take our vehicles. We consistently receive great service, from the customer service to the work being done on our cars. Mason specifically is very kind and follows up promptly but everyone there is great! They quote you on cost before doing anything and I like that they explain any fixing that should be done. They actually do an overview of the vehicle and list out the status of each thing with green, yellow, or red so you know which things are good to go and what urgently should be fixed. They will continue to receive our business :)

Found a nail in the sidewall of my tire. Ray ordered me a replacement tire while I was on the phone with him. Got an oil change and an overdue tune-up in the same visit and my Tahoe was ready in less than a day. Engine is definitely running smoother after the service.
