Had to drop in spontaneously due to a broken turn signal during a trip and the staff were able to address the problem despite being extremely busy! Everyone working here is helpful, honest, and informative. Anyone living in the area is extremely fortunate to have such an amazing auto shop with top tier services.

I brought in my “new to me” car an older but in great condition VW Diesel with a vibration and the did a VERY complete inspection and found 2 tires were damaged They worked tirelessly with my warranty people and were able to complete the job using the warranty Chris, Andrew and the entire crew were awesome x100000000 Very highly recommend this shop Thanks for everything guys👍

I have a Tesla model Y and had a punctured tire, bought a pair online and had them replaced tires for me many other places refuse to work on Teslas or install tires purchased elsewhere They were very polite and accommodating they offered me coffee and a choice of turning on tv to my own desired channel while waiting. They didn’t try to force me to buy extra services etc Will definitely come back for more services and would recommend this place.

Ray always greets me warmly. This time I said the AC was working but not blowing out the front vents. He listened and then booked me for an appointment so they could get to it in a timely manner. Turned to be hoses that were shredded by a rodent and that could be easily repaired. It didn't take too long and I left in a nice cool car. The McLean Craftsman team is great.

Traveling from out of state, my car would not start when I stopped to refuel. After contacting Craftsman of Chantilly to find out if they could work on my vehicle I had it towed to their shop. They quickly determined that the starter motor had failed. They provided a detailed estimate for the repair and an estimated time for completion of the work. They did not disappoint. No surprises. The staff and technicians were efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this business for your next auto repair.

We had a flat tire and came here to change it in, and then we came back again for maintenance. The overall service was pretty good, and they also offered some snacks and coffee while customers were waiting. Flat tire was like $200ish to change a tire, and maintenance was like $100ish to change oil. Not sure if this was the best price in the market, but considering the service, probably it’s a good option around this neighborhood.
