Highly recommend this place. The staff there are very professional and friendly. When I drove out for work I got an alert saying that the pressure of my back left tire reached 18. So I stopped by Craftsman Auto repair, and the staff there checked the tire. It looked okay and I was in a hurry, so he blew the tire and told me if the same thing happened, we could come back and fix it. The tire pressure kept getting low so dropped my car there the next morning, they found that there was a screw in the middle and they fixed it from the inside so that I wouldn’t need to worry about it any more. I’m 100% satisfied with the service and feel really lucky to have this store around.

Enrique is the best and most honest mechanic in DC. Craftsman Auto and their customers are fortunate to have such a good mechanic and person working on their cars.

My vehicle was disabled and not starting. After contacting Craftsman to see if they could service my car, I had it towed to their shop. The service writer and their technicians were great. I had a suspicion that it was the starter on the car and sure enough that is exactly what they found; bad starter motor. They provided a detailed estimate for the repair and a timeframe for completing the work and they were spot on. All in all, no surprises, everyone was prompt, and courteous. I was kept informed of the progress of the work. I frankly couldn't have asked for a better experience given the situation. Highly recommend them for your next auto repair.

Just an awesome place to go. Their people always take car of your vehicle in the most appropriate way possible, and are very transparent. I trust them with my vehicle and do repairs big and small, from oil changes to complicated brake repairs. I’ve been nothing but happy with them.
