Andrew was outstanding helping me to take care of a Replace Wheel and inspection.

As a young female that knows nothing about cars, I often worry that auto shops will overcharge. I was so pleasantly surprised by how genuinely kind and reasonably priced the service was at Craftsman! For the price of an oil change, they also did a full inspection for me. And they were totally honest about the state of my car without inventing issues to try and squeeze money out of me. I will be using craftsman from now on!

Major suspension and brake work.

It was easy to schedule the work, they were efficient, and the work was done right.

Car was misfiring so stopped by on Saturday afternoon around 430. Was lucky enough to catch Vernon closing shop and he kindly helped read the code to verify which cylinder was misfiring. He went out of his way to help me out after hours to which I'm really grateful. Managed to get car fixed and was away the very next day!

These folks continue to perform quality work. I will be bringing my vehicles here for future repairs.
