Professional and prompt! I like that I was able to schedule an appointment on their site prior to coming in and they had my car ready when they said it would be. They also did an overall check and found a nail in my rear tire that I probably would have found when it was too late.

Awesome crew that obviously works well together! The technicians can diagnose anything and truly care about your ride! The other fairfax location down in Merrifield is AWESOME too!

Craftsman Auto care always does an excellent job on all of my vehicles. Each employee here has wonderful customer service. Their customer service and auto service is the main reason why I continue to bring my vehicles here. I had the pleasure of working with James and Mason this time around and they both did a stunning job at explaining what the issue is with my car and what needs to be done in order for it to be fixed. If I could give this place more stars I would!
