Great communication and total professional performance and execution. Troy and Vernon monitored progress and kept me informed while Todd really did exceptional work on my vintage Jaguar E Type. This vehicle was previously worked on by a Jaguar-only repair facility and, quite frankly, they never got it right. Witnessing the detailed approach and test driving the vehicle with Todd upon completion leaves me more than totally satisfied. Cost was very fair and appropriate. I've only driven the car 20 miles since completion but I'm confident that the work was done correctly and Craftsman will be my go-to shop.
