Chantilly location! I can’t tell you how amazing this shop is! I was avoiding getting new tires/service done just because it takes 3-4 hours. I called to schedule my service and they said the tires could be there in 12 hours. So, I took my car in the next day. I had to change the drop off time multiple times, which they were very flexible about. I needed a ride home last minute and they took me home after drop off. Just as predicted, the service was done in 3 hours and I went to get my car. Andrew was very knowledgeable with his recommendations and didn’t try to do services I didn’t need, which I appreciated. Upon checking out, I started talking about the coupons I had. Bob told me that he would take care of it. I ended up saving $50 more than anticipated. From start to finish, getting new tires, a balance, alignment, and oil/filter change was easy and affordable. I appreciated their willingness to work with my crazy schedule and appreciate Bob’s kindness. I felt like I was in a small town shop where everyone is family. There is no doubt I will be returning to Craftsman for my next services!

Very satisfied. Called early in the morning for a service appointment and the Service Writer was able to schedule me within a half hour. Service performed along with a thorough assessment of the condition of my vehicle along with recommendations.

Bob took good care of me. Listening to him and his coworkers take care of other customers reassured me that this is the place for me. One of his coworkers explained to another female customer the issues her car had. He did not talk down to her but explained everything in terms that anyone could understand. He was patient, humorous and respectful. I would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone in this place is so personable and respectful and they don’t add on extra maintenance like so many dealerships do. Thank you Bob.

Brought my truck in for a safety inspection around 7:10 am. Brandon said they don't start inspections until 8 am, which wasn't an issue for me. I proceeded to get breakfast in the local area and probably not 20 minutes later, he notified me by phone that the inspection was completed and the truck was ready to pick up! Great service!
