As always, Matt and his Team at Craftsman Auto in Merrifield continue to warrant a five-star review from me on their work and care for my Austin Healey 3000 kit car (which has a 5 liter V-8 engine). Craftsman Auto Care continues to provide excellent auto service at all locations. I use Craftsman both personally and professionally as I volunteer at the Falls Church based Car Ministry where we accept car donations and then provide these cars to people who need cars but cannot afford to purchase one. Craftsman assists us by evaluating donated cars to determine necessary repairs prior to presenting them to new owners. Their assistance is invaluable in determining the basic health of donated vehicles. On the personal side I have been using Craftsman and before that CURRY’S Auto Repair since the early 1990’s. I would not go anywhere else. Headed up by Manager Andrew Gunn Craftsman Chantilly is excellent at diagnosing problems and fixing them correctly the first time. Strongly recommend Craftsman Auto Care at Chantilly, Fairfax, Merrifield and Alexandria.

Honest super friendly staff that had me in and out in a snap.

I went in to get the oil changed on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Turbo-4 and the people at Craftsman-Merrifield took great care of me. They were able to change the oil and do a complete inspection with some suggestions on things to look for in the next 10-20k miles. There was no pressure and they even gave me a military discount. I will be sure to skip bringing my Jeep back into the dealer for maintenance and come back to Craftsman.
