Nice staff, good service!

I have been using Matt Curry's auto repair shops since he opened his first one under his surname many years ago. Matt has upped his game with his new shops. This was the first major repair and the experience was excellent. They provided constant updates via text and email, so I was always informed and never surprised by any of the work. This was also the first time that I received their full car evaluation, carefully documenting every typical wear item with clear pictures. All in all, excellent work and excellent service!

Craftsman auto is a great place for all your car repair needs! I have used them multiple times for my vehicle and my wife’s and have been very satisfied each time! I have had emissions test, state inspections and safety repairs all of which were Performed in a very timely and professional manner. They are also very friendly and reasonably priced. Also very convenient and easy to drop vehicle off and pick up with no hassles. I will continue using and highly recommend! Jeremy is very helpful at the front!

I went in for an oil change and a noise I hadn't been able to figure out in 2 years. They immediately gave me a tech to ride with and within 30 seconds he heard the noise! A few hours later my oil was changed, the noise was fixed (for under $200) and I had a ride from them back to the shop to pick up my car. It's nice to go to a place where you feel like you're being treated like a VIP. Even the Marketing person was kind and shared tips with a fellow business owner about marketing. I actually look forward to maintenance; to see everyone on the team as they keep my 130,000+ mile car on the road. Thank you!

Curry's Craftsman shops are the best. They do a full inspection (which, granted, is to their advantage because they earn their money fixing stuff) but you get a detailed assessment of your car, including pictures of any items they need to bring to your attention. The advice is honest. The prices are fair. The waiting area is comfortable for relaxing or working. There are restaurants and coffee shops a short walk away (Merrifield location). The car is ready when they say it will be. The employees are extremely friendly, attentive and clear. Everything is above board and top notch.

The facility was clean, it has a very nice waiting area, but most importantly, the people are professional and honest. In my many decades of having car maintenance performed, I don't believe I've ever been able to say I actually enjoyed a visit to a mechanic, until now. You absolutely cannot go wrong by using these guys for all your maintenance needs.
