Great customer service from everyone and deep concern like the vehicle is their own. Quick and easy services; Adrian made sure that everything was done in good time and was very accommodating, polite, and friendly. I greatly appreciated the digital breakdown of everything they looked at, and fixed, in the car; extremely trust worthy work! Craftsman looks at you like a friend not a profit. Will continue going through Craftsman for any and all auto car I need in the future!!

Craftsman Auto at Chantilly is the best place for quality car repair at a reasonable price. The folks that work there are extremely knowledgeable and just a great bunch of guys!!

My 2007 Camry just got serviced in Craftsman Alexandria. I am very impressed with how they sanitize the car and how they treat the car as a whole. The car is running smoothly and is in great shape because of Craftsman. And they don't overcharged you like others.

Great service. I really like the written, full diagnostics results they give you. They take pictures and send them to you of the issues they find plus all the things they say are fine. Very rare to hear that my car is fine!! Great service.

Once again they took wonderful care of my car. I’ve had my BMW for 6 years and just last year when I came across Craftsman did I find a group that cares enough about the car. The communication is always clear and straightforward. The pricing even more so.

The staff was great. Walked in without an appointment and they were able to get my jeep in and looked at. Came in for a transmission issue that was under warranty but they also recommend I take care of a few other issues. The jeep has 200k+ miles on it and the issues were better dealt with now than later. They dealt directly with the warranty company and gave me a loaner while my jeep was in their shop. The warranty company wouldn't let them work on the transmission and I had to take it back to the shop that last did the transmission work but staff at Craftsmans were great. Will be coming back here to get work done on my front brakes. 5 stars
