They gave my car a general look over since I swore it was not driving correctly. They were super kind and willing to squeeze in my car last minute. Great communication. Will definitely go back for any future issues (hopefully not anytime soon).

Brought my 2014 Subaru WRX STI here for a state inspection and an oil change. Matt and Ken were amazing and they did a very thorough inspection on each part of my car and were able to send pictures as references. They were very friendly, welcoming, and down to earth. Best service I’ve had and will be coming back as a returning customer.

There are many reasons I've been happy with Craftsman Auto Care. Here are a couple of the main reasons. They communicate well. From my experience, they have done an excellent job of explaining what needs to be done and why, establishing trust in the process. This is very important to me. In addition, they've given me options, rather than simply going down the most expensive route. This has been much appreciated. Finally, they back up their work. If some follow-up happens to be needed, I don't have to spend any time haggling. They've simply come through for me.
