They sent me a report on things needing fixup in 2hrs after taking in my car, which included photos of the tread wear, rotor condition, tire mis-alignment parameters etc. Wow! Texted me what they recommend to be done. Nice staff and reasonable prices. I'd go back to the Vienna location if needed.

The quality of service and professionalism at Craftsman Auto Care is exceptional! The manager, Drew, promised to get the the bottom of my recent sporadic car troubles. When it turned out that I had a cracked engine block, he was kind enough to waive the diagnostic fee and help me get my car to the dealer for a warranty claim. On top of all of that, they even gave me a ride back to work! This business is highly ethical and supportive of American military members. I would recommend them to anyone in need of auto maintenance or repairs!

I had an excellent customer service with Craftsman. I had the assumption that my brakes needed to be replaced (a prior placed had said so), but Bob said that wasn't the case. He took the time to diligently explain the issues with my SUV in a way that made me feel confident I was making the right decision. I trust the Curry's above all places I've taken my SUV.
