Craftsman’s Auto Care - Alexandria treats its customers right. I had gone to another auto shop for an alignment and was told one of my tie rods had seized and needed to be replaced. I went to Craftsman’s for a second opinion. They unseized the tie rod for free. I also appreciate the way they take time to explain everything involved in any work. These guys respect their customers and treat them right.

I've taken 3 cars here for the past few years and have been very pleased with the service and professionalism at this shop. They get the job done quickly, communicate very well and most of all are honest. They've never tried to oversell me and always clearly explain their findings. Price is competitive with other shops but the benefits mentioned above give Craftsman an edge. Highly recommended!
