My car failed inspection due to tire wear, so I agreed to new tires being put on. I was promised that the tire replacement and alignment on my car would be completed yesterday by 12:30. I got the new tires, but the alignment had not even begun. I needed to drive the car, so I picked it up anyway. As I began to drive, the interior warning lights indicated all of the tires were low. I returned the car today for alignment, yet was called and informed that the alignment could not be completed due to rusted parts that would need to be replaced. This is definitely not the way a business that wants to retain customers performs. 1/14/21 update After three different drop-offs to get the work completed, my car still showed dashboard lights for all four tires being low. Craftsman spent an hour “recalibrating” my onboard computer, but told me it would take driving it for at least 10 miles at a rate of 15-60 mph for the recalibration to “take.” Turns out, it took only a 2 mile drive to my local gas station that had an air pump.
